Reading Torah is a central element in the participation of women in our shul. Men and women take equal part in reading from the Torah, and in having aliyot.
Anyone who is interested in reading Torah or Haftarah can contact Mennie Pilzer.
Aliyot are usually assigned during Shacharit on Shabbat morning, unless there is a simcha. If you would like an aliya to the Torah to mark a special event, such as: Yahrzeit, Shabbat Bar/Bat Mitzva, etc., please contact Eli sharon as early as possible in order to better allow us to accommodate your request.
